Sell in Indonesia without building a local team first

For brands with no Indonesian sales yet, or only a marketplace listing. We set up your own store and CRM for Indonesian buyers, connect your Klaviyo, and run a launch plan with local affiliates. Our goal is a working sales channel within 90 days.

What you get

Your own Indonesian store

A store in Indonesian with local payment methods, so buyers can order outside the marketplaces and you keep the customer data.

A CRM for the conversations

WhatsApp and Instagram chats in one team inbox. Quiet chats and unpaid orders come back with a drafted follow-up.

Klaviyo stays your tool

Customers and orders sync to your existing Klaviyo account, so your email team keeps working the way it does now.

An affiliate launch plan

A playbook for finding and paying local affiliates, run with you in the first months.

How it works

  1. 1.Plan

We look at your products, prices and current channels, and agree a launch plan and the numbers we will track.

  2. 2.Set up

Store, CRM and Klaviyo connection. Our partner handles the company, permits and tax registration if you need them.

  3. 3.Launch and run

Affiliates, follow-ups and reporting, with a monthly review of what sold and what didn't.

Pricing

A one-time setup fee, a monthly retainer, and a share of the revenue the channel brings in. We quote all three in writing after the first call, once we know your products and market.

Common questions

Do we need an Indonesian company?

To sell in your own name, usually yes. Our partner handles company setup, permits and tax filing. We focus on the store, the CRM and sales.

Can we keep selling on the marketplaces?

Yes. Your own store sits alongside them. Many buyers find you on a marketplace and come back to the store.

Do you guarantee sales in 90 days?

No. 90 days is the plan we work to, and we report against it every month.
